Your future tasks
As Practice Lead Cyber Security (m/f/d), you are the entrepreneurial head and the technical spearhead of our cybersecurity initiative. You not only build a team, you establish a new business unit and define what "Future-Ready" security looks like for our top customers.
You are the driving force and the "Trusted Advisor" for our customers and internal teams to ensure that risks are managed, compliance is guaranteed, and the future of our customers is secured.
Leadership & Strategy (Practice Management)
- Entrepreneurial development: You take full entrepreneurial as well as technical and disciplinary leadership for the build-up and scaling of the DACH Cyber Security team (Consultants, Architects, Engineers).
- Portfolio strategy: You define the strategic direction of our "Future-Ready" portfolio in DACH. You are responsible for adapting and further developing our core pillars: GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance), SecOps (MDR/SOC), IAM (Zero Trust), DevSecOps (Secure by Design) & Audit/Pentesting.
- Managed Services focus: You drive the strategic expansion of our Managed Security Services, especially our "CyberOperate" (24x7 SOC) and "CyberIdentity" (Managed IAM) as a scalable business model.
- Thought Leadership & Excellence: You are the technical figurehead of the practice. You define quality standards, promote a culture of excellence, knowledge management, and continuous training (e.g., in cloud-native security, AI-driven threats).
Pre-Sales & Business Development
- C-Level sparring partner: You act as a technical "Trusted Advisor" and sparring partner for sales with our strategic customers and in complex tenders (RfP/RfI).
- Solution Design (CyberBlueprint): You translate complex customer requirements – from compliance pressure (NIS2, DORA, TISAX) to AI-driven threats – into tailor-made, future-proof 'CyberBlueprint' strategies and architectures.
- Market Shaper: You work closely with sales to actively identify new market opportunities and proactively place our solution portfolio (e.g., "CyberBuild" or "CyberRescue") with customers.
What you bring
- Market recognition & excellence: You are recognized as a technical thought leader in the DACH cyber security market and have proven success in technical pre-sales of complex IT solutions as well as in the entrepreneurial build-up of service teams.
- Domain expertise: Solid, current expertise in at least two of the following domains central to our portfolio:
- Cloud Security Architecture: (Focus: AWS and/or Azure Security). You think "cloud-native" and master concepts such as CSPM and Cloud Workload Protection.
- Security Operations / Managed Services: (Focus: design and sales of SOC/SIEM/SOAR and XDR solutions). You understand how to build and sell a "CyberOperate" service (MDR).
- Identity & Access Management (IAM): (Focus: Zero Trust architectures, PAM, and modern authentication).
- DevSecOps & Supply Chain Security: (Focus: "Shift-Left" concepts, IaC scanning, Secure by Design or OT/IoT security).
- Compliance affinity: You understand that security is a business enabler. You advise strategically at management level on current regulations (e.g., NIS2, KRITIS, DORA, TISAX).
- Proof: Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP or in-depth vendor-specific certifications in the focus areas) complete your profile.
