International Roaming Manager (100%) for our Key2roam Hub in Bern - m/f/d

Our Key2roam Hub has successfully developed into the world’s leading roaming hub. With the introduction of new technologies such as 4G, LTE, VoLTE, and 5G, and the continuous expansion of our services, we are setting new standards in the market. To further drive this success, we are looking for an experienced, dynamic personality as an International Roaming Manager to support us in Bern and share the ambition to keep our Key2roam Hub at the forefront of the market.

Your Responsibilities

In this exciting and versatile position, you will significantly contribute to the further development of our international roaming business and ensure customer satisfaction.

Your main tasks include:

You will take responsibility for implementing new customers in the Key2roam Hub and setting up roaming connections as well as value-added services, closely coordinated with our engineering teams
You will monitor TAP/BCE transmissions and Inter-Operator Tariffs (IOT) and work closely with customers and internal billing teams
You will negotiate additional contracts, contract adjustments, and IOT discounts, ensuring the best conditions for our customers
You will support the introduction and further development of new roaming services and products.
Maintain and expand existing customer contacts, handle inquiries and concerns to optimize the customer experience
Cooperate with the hub product management, sales, marketing, NOC, technical, and finance teams to achieve the highest service level together

Your Ideal Profile

You are a communication talent and enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment.

Additionally, you bring the following:

At least 5 years of professional experience as a roaming coordinator or roaming manager at a mobile network operator
Knowledge of IPX and clearing services
You know how to build and maintain positive business relationships
A customer- and company-oriented working style is second nature to you
You are ready to adapt to changing requirements and act solution-oriented
Experience in commercial negotiations and a confident demeanor in contract supplements
Independent working, a positive attitude, and the ability to set priorities are among your strengths
Fluent German and English are required, additional language skills are a plus
You are a true team player, bring positive energy, and appreciate working in an international environment
Swiss or EU/EFTA citizen (with a B or C work permit).
