- A responsible and versatile activity with scope for design

- Ensuring correct and timely RAI performance recording
- Evaluation of care entries and initiation of measures in case of deviations
- Responsibility for the financing of care services and implementation of health insurance contracts
- Coaching and advising the RAI coordinators and supervisors
- Planning and conducting internal training sessions as well as ERFA meetings
- Controlling and monitoring observation phases and their recording
- Close cooperation with department and ward managers as well as care experts
- Exchange with external partners (health insurance companies, family doctors, relatives)
- Administrative tasks related to service billing

What you bring with you
- Completed tertiary education (HF or FH)
- Several years of professional experience in long-term care
- Solid knowledge in RAI-LTCF and interest in actively further developing this area at House Tabea
- Understanding of care financing and service billing
- Very good IT user skills (MS Office, easyDok, Nexus heim.net)
- Enthusiasm for coaching, guiding, and supporting employees
- Efficient, solution- and process-oriented working style
- An open, appreciative attitude and joy in working in an interdisciplinary team

Work and vacation
PAID BREAK
15 minutes per half working day.
PAYMENT OF 13TH MONTH SALARY

Benefits during illness or accident
SICKNESS DAILY ALLOWANCE INSURANCE
in case of illness, our employees receive 100% of the salary in the first month and from the 31st day 80% of the salary paid, for 730 days or until the possible start of disability benefits.
ACCIDENT SUPPLEMENT
our employees receive 100% of the salary in the event of an accident and are privately insured. The premium for the accident supplementary insurance is paid by House Tabea.
