What you do
- Disposition, handling, and monitoring of shipments in import/export
- Procurement of vehicles and shipments on the charter market
- Performing calculations, analyses, route optimizations
- Customer support and consulting as well as quick processing of customer complaints
- Preparation of customer invoices
- Creation, dispatch, and evaluation of offers
- Control and posting of supplier invoices
- Management of KPIs and implementation of measures
- Optimization and documentation of workflows and processes
- Contact person for internal and external inquiries
- General organizational and administrative tasks
- Completed commercial or equivalent training in the forwarding/transport industry
- Professional experience in European land transport and truck dispatching
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills
- Good MS Office skills as well as experience in using forwarding software
- Independent and goal-oriented working style as well as pronounced customer and service orientation
- Organizational talent, reliability, and team spirit
