For our client, successful in contract catering near Bern, we are recruiting a Cook 80% (m/f)
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will work as part of a six-member kitchen brigade and take responsibility for various stations within the kitchen. Depending on your experience, you will particularly support the saucier or entremetier station and actively contribute to a smooth daily kitchen operation. You will actively engage with the team and ensure consistently high food quality. You will consistently implement hygiene and safety standards. On peak days, up to 600 meals and aperitifs are produced.
Desired ProfileYou have completed training as a cook EBA or EFZ and ideally have several years of professional experience. Experience in contract catering is an advantage.
You work cleanly, in a structured and reliable manner and feel comfortable in a professional kitchen environment. Team spirit, resilience and a strong quality awareness characterise you. Good German language skills are required.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 15:00 on average, with Saturdays and Sundays off.
