Health Specialist (FaGe) for a Residential Group with Holistic Care and Support (60-100%)

As a responsible and reliable individual, you attentively, appropriately, and professionally accompany and care for eight residents in their daily living. You thereby make a significant contribution to ensuring that these people feel comfortable and at home with us.

We entrust you with the following responsibilities:

• Accompanying and caring for people with severe intellectual and physical disabilities
• Educational support
• Key worker duties
• Interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration
• Assistance with managing the group household
• Administrative tasks

You are a good fit for us and this position if you also place our residents and supported employees at the centre of your work and bring the following:

• Training as a Health Specialist (FaGe) EFZ
• Solid professional experience in accompanying and caring for severely impaired people
• Independent working style
• Discerning perception and reflection
• Good PC skills and good German language skills in spoken and written form
