The Weinfelden Senior Center specializes in the care of senior citizens. In total, we have 109 places in the nursing area and 20 senior apartments, which can be provided with in-house Spitex services if needed. We also operate a hospice apartment and are certified in palliative care. Appreciation, empathy, and professionalism for the well-being of our residents – passion for us in care and support.
For activation and volunteer work, we are looking to fill the position immediately or by arrangement
Main tasks
- Leading the activation team
- Advising, supporting, and promoting employees
- Demand-oriented personnel deployment planning
- Active participation in activation
- Ensuring quality standards
- Organizing and conducting various events
- Supervising volunteers
- Supervising apprentices / students
Requirements
- Training as an activation specialist HF / specialist for activation and everyday design AGERE / LeA / socio-pedagogical training with a focus on socio-cultural animation
- Leadership and professional experience
- Experience in dealing with elderly people
- Creativity, organizational flair
- High flexibility, resilience, and initiative
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Good knowledge of PC applications
- Experience with easyDOK desirable
- High personal responsibility and quality awareness
