Your Tasks
- Communication with rescue services and liaison to referring physicians
- Participation in the training of assistant doctors/PJ students/interns working in the emergency department
- Interdisciplinary further development of organizational processes in the emergency department
- Conducting regular resuscitation and simulation training (in-house) with colleagues
- Conducting training for nursing staff and doctors in the emergency department
Your Profile
- Specialist in Surgery/Internal Medicine
- Experience in emergency care (not a trauma center)
- Additional qualification in emergency medicine or clinical emergency and acute medicine desirable (at least 12 months work at another training facility)
- Strong team skills
- Enjoyment of various formats for emergency training for nursing staff and doctors
