tilia offers people from the age of 18 who depend on care and support a professional and caring environment where they are well looked after. At our six locations in the Bern metropolitan area, resident- and palliative-care-oriented nursing and support are central. tilia operates inpatient long-term residential areas, specialized departments for dementia and respiratory diseases, psychiatric, neurological and bariatric long-term care as well as various outpatient services.

Your task

Medical care of our residents at our locations
Diverse and complex medical field with specializations, including certified palliative care, neurological diseases, psychiatric long-term care, respiratory residential area, post-acute care
Participation in the development of tilia's medical service and in concepts
Exchange with our medical team and interdisciplinary specialist groups
Collaboration with our social workers, physiotherapists, nursing and activation staff as well as residents and relatives

Our requirements

Dr. med. pract. or specialist title in general internal medicine
Enjoyment of the field of long-term care
Friendly and enthusiastic personality with a high quality mindset
