Shape nursing – take responsibility – drive the future

As the responsible nurse, you report directly to the Head of Nursing and play a key role. You actively ensure and develop nursing quality. You bring overarching concepts and assessments from Domicil into everyday nursing and support your team in implementation. You also help shape guidelines and standards – from development through implementation to evaluation.
Because practical proximity is important to you, you work at least
50% directly in nursing – staying close to the people you care about. Your shifts are usually Monday to Friday. With us, you can contribute your expertise, take responsibility, and help advance innovative nursing concepts together with us.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- CAS Intercare or CAS in geriatric nursing is an advantage
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a certified nursing specialist
- Flexibility and resilience
