To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Workplace Engineer (m/f/X) 80 to 100% dedicated to enterprise communication solutions.
The tasks awaiting you:
- Ensure the daily management of unified communication systems: supervision, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as regular platform updates.
- Design and deploy unified communication solutions, particularly around the Microsoft Teams ecosystem and videoconferencing systems such as MTRoA, MTRoW, and Surface Hub.
- Be the reference for telephone statistics, the evolution of Microsoft Teams telephony loops, and the Contact Center solution in response to business needs.
- Collaborate in a project context, with a strong aptitude for teamwork and smooth communication with stakeholders (internal and external).
- Provide level 3 (L3) technical support for diagnosing and resolving complex issues encountered by users.
- Continuously monitor technological developments in unified communication solutions and market innovations.
- Maintain and develop the internal telephony management tool, ensuring its proper functioning and alignment with operational requirements.
Your profile:
Telephony and Networks:
- Solid experience in VoIP and network technologies (SIP protocols, call flow analysis, Wireshark and TCPdump tools)
- Mastery of SBC (Session Border Controller) equipment and Microsoft telephony systems (Teams, AudioCodes OVOC)
Collaborative Solutions and Cloud:
- Very good knowledge and practice of Microsoft Teams, Intune, Azure products
- Proven experience with Contact Center solutions: Luware Nimbus, Microsoft Dynamics Contact Center
Development & Scripting:
- Development skills with several languages: ASP, PowerShell, .NET, HTML
- Ability to read and interpret complex network diagrams
- Degree in Telecommunications, Networks or Systems, with significant initial experience in Voice over IP and enterprise collaboration tools
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft management tools and cloud infrastructures
- Excellent analytical and reactive skills in the face of technical incidents
- Strong interest in complex technological environments and technical challenges
- Native language: French | Very good level in English | German is an asset
