What to expect

• Telephone and written contact with insured persons and authorities
• Responsible for the entire debt collection process of the assigned agencies in the KVG area
• Responsible for the entire foreign debt collection process for EUROLINE customers and customers moving abroad
• Processing of address clarifications and rejections
• Supervision of apprentices

What you bring

• Commercial training
• Experience in debt collection and/or accounting is an advantage
• Team spirit and discretion
• Ability to set boundaries and empathy
• Confident communication in German, any additional foreign language is an advantage
• Solid knowledge of common Office applications
• IT affinity
