Company Description
The State Police of the Principality of Liechtenstein (www.landespolizei.li) is tasked with ensuring public safety and order, prosecuting crimes, and promoting traffic safety. In addition, we are responsible for operating the State Emergency Call and Operations Center (LNEZ).
Job Description
You feel at home in the following areas of activity:
- Receiving and analyzing emergency calls for police, fire department, and ambulance services, as well as initiating appropriate immediate measures and alarms
- Coordinating and supporting the summoned and deployed emergency forces
- Conducting demanding telephone conversations with people in acute crisis and stressful situations (e.g., accident victims, witnesses, psychologically stressed or people seeking help)
- Operating complex deployment and communication systems (IT) for situation assessment and deployment control
- Structured and efficient processing of tasks and cases via digital deployment control systems
Qualifications
You are particularly characterized for this demanding position by:
- Completed training as a certified paramedic HF
- Professional experience in the preclinical field, ideally complemented by knowledge in the areas of police or fire department
- Willingness to work shifts (weekend and night shifts) as well as to take on additional tasks (e.g., leadership support)
- Confident handling of IT systems
- Geographical knowledge of the Principality of Liechtenstein as well as English skills and additional languages are an advantage
