The Dielsdorf Health Center is a specialized care institution with around 430 employees in the Zurich lowlands and ensures care at nursing places for the 22 political municipalities of the Dielsdorf district with approx. 90,000 inhabitants. With over 200 beds, the inpatient offer of general long-term care is complemented by specialized treatment pathways for rehabilitative acute and transitional care, palliative care, psychiatric geriatrics, and the focus on dementia.
The Regional Spitex forms an important part of the care offer. It provides outpatient services for the five contract municipalities. In the future, it is planned to establish a night Spitex.
Ensuring high-quality palliative care
Personnel, professional, and organizational leadership of a team according to skill and grade mix
Promotion and development of nursing and care quality in palliative care
Identifying and moderating coping strategies in crisis situations
Interdisciplinary collaboration including external partners such as social services, family doctors, Spitex, municipalities, etc.
Public relations work related to palliative care
Training as a certified nurse HF/FH or equivalent
Several years of professional experience in acute or long-term care such as palliative care
Training in palliative care CAS or B2 or willingness to complete it
RAI knowledge desired
High social and professional competence as well as openness to new things
Fluent German in spoken and written form (at least C1)
You have pronounced social skills and appreciate interprofessional collaboration
High sense of responsibility, independence, and flexibility characterize you
