What awaits you
- Handling complex mutations (mainly cross-border commuters, international) as well as writing standard and individual correspondence via various channels
- Recording and processing insurance applications via internal and external channels as well as handling and coordinating customer complaints
- Providing telephone and written information on general insurance questions, benefit topics, products, and services
- Collaborating with various interfaces such as International Customer Service or Field Service
What you bring
- Completed commercial vocational training or comparable further education with a commercial background
- Initial practical professional experience preferably in internal service or customer service of an insurance company
- Solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), certification as an insurance intermediary VBV desirable or willingness to obtain it
- Confident German, good French skills (good reading comprehension), additional foreign language skills desirable
- Committed, team-oriented personality with an efficient working style
