The Office for Economy and Labor (AWA) of the Canton of Thurgau is committed to a fair and functioning labor market. Among other things, we implement the Unemployment Insurance Act and support job seekers in reintegration and qualification.

For the staff unit of the Labor Market Measures Department (AMM), we are looking for you – a committed, creative, and well-organized personality who is eager to make a difference.

• You contribute to the procurement and further development of labor market measures.
• You actively participate in projects and working groups – cross-departmental and solution-oriented.
• You organize and evaluate labor market measures and support the personnel consultants in the RAV with questions about qualification and reintegration.
• You create statistical evaluations and take care of editorial work as well as the maintenance of documentation and information sheets.
• You participate in working groups on specialized topics and help ensure that our offerings continuously improve.

• A degree at HF/FH level or Bachelor/Master with professional experience
• A good sense for organization, economy, labor market, and interrelations.
• Knowledge of unemployment insurance law (AVIG/AVIV).
• Experience in project work, education, or organization is a plus.
• Enjoyment of conceptual work, interest in economic and labor market issues, and a high quality standard.
• Confident expression, customer orientation, and good M365 skills.
• Team spirit, eagerness to learn, and an independent, networked way of working.
