Your Tasks

• Patient Reception & Admission: You prepare the rooms, pick up the patients at reception, accompany them to their room, and conduct an admission interview with the most important information
• Service & Luggage: You assist patients with packing and unpacking their suitcase upon request and ensure a pleasant start to their stay
• Catering & Meal Service: You advise on menu selection and ensure high-quality service including clearing and returning to the kitchen
• Hygiene & Cleaning: You comply with hygiene regulations in the office and on the floor and perform cleaning tasks
• Guest Care: You are the contact person and host for patients, visitors, and relatives and ensure a pleasant atmosphere

Requirements

• Training: Training as a restaurant specialist EFZ or comparable training, ideally with a housekeeping background

• Personality: You are characterized by responsibility, independence, and reliability

• Flexibility: You are flexible and willing to work weekends
• Driver's License: You have a valid driver's license
• Language: German as a native language or at a very good level
