At the heart of our strategy, we are looking for an OST Specialist / Corporate Actions Officer for a one-year fixed-term contract.
The position is to be filled at our offices in Lausanne.
👨🔧 Your responsibilities
Within the OST desk, you manage operations such as capital increases, splits, and takeovers for our clients.
As such, you are responsible for the following tasks:
Process OST on shares, bonds, structured products, and investment funds
- Analyze received information and instructions and verify the economic justification of responses
- Enter various operations or securities events into the information system
- Anticipate important securities events
- Write mailings to clients and inform Account Managers and Middle Office
- Process and account for operations after checking confirmations from correspondents
- Manage the taxation applicable to Securities Operations
