Accounting Specialist Mandates (60%)

The Accounting Department in the Finance and Administration area is responsible not only for the accounting of Caritas Switzerland but also for the accounting of various mandate accounts.

Your tasks

Managing the financial accounting of regional Caritas organizations according to Swiss GAAP FER guidelines, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and asset accounting
Managing cost center accounting
Preparing quarterly/annual financial statements
Preparing VAT returns
Assisting with budgeting
Organizing audits and preparing the financial report

Our requirements

Commercial basic training
Accounting and finance specialist with a federal diploma or in training
Several years of experience in accounting and managing bookkeeping including financial statement preparation in an SME
Knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and strong customer orientation

Work location: Lucerne
Start date: Immediately or by arrangement
