- Manage late check-ins and early check-outs for guests.
- Provide parking and luggage services for visitors.
- Be the night contact for guests and staff, ensuring safety.
Skills
- Previous experience in a similar role with polished manners is essential.
- Multilingual skills (German/English/Italian preferred) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high quality.
