Physiotherapist Day Rehabilitation / Work-Oriented Rehabilitation

Tasks

• Individual and group therapies for inpatient and day rehabilitation patients from the fields of work-oriented and musculoskeletal rehabilitation
• Patient education, multidisciplinary pain management, and joint goal setting
• Conducting functional assessments, especially EFL (Evaluation of Functional Capacity)
• Planning and managing appropriate rehabilitation programs
• Collaboration in an interdisciplinary team
• Active participation in reports, case discussions, and internal training sessions
• Writing detailed reports in German

Profile

• Completed professional training as a physiotherapist and preferably several years of professional experience in rehabilitation (SRK recognition for foreign diplomas)
• Knowledge of scientifically based treatment methods with corresponding advanced training and therapeutic assessments
• A successful completion of the EFL course is desirable
• High initiative as well as critical and communication skills
• Flexibility, resilience, and reliability
• Interest in work-oriented rehabilitation and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Very good German skills and oral Italian or Spanish skills are an advantage
• Good MS Office skills
