Your tasks
- You assess property taxes with a focus on transfer taxes.
- You update the master data of persons and properties and ensure the correct maintenance of tax obligations.
- You competently answer and clarify questions in tax and property law.
- You regularly communicate with clients, tax representatives, and other authorities.
Your profile
- You have a commercial basic education and several years of professional experience in the tax field, ideally also in the area of property taxes for a Lucerne municipality.
- You have completed further training in tax and property law (e.g., SSK I course, administrative specialist, municipal clerk, or an equivalent qualification) or are willing to complete such training.
- You are interested in legal issues and have a good understanding of them.
- You are IT- and numbers-savvy, resilient, work very independently, and make decisions confidently.
- You express yourself clearly, correctly, and appropriately in German – both orally and in writing.
