Your Tasks
- Support, administration, and further development of externally hosted BI systems as well as ensuring smooth operation in cooperation with external service providers
- Advising our AMEOS customers as a competent IT contact person
- User support including error analysis and problem resolution in 2nd level support, if necessary involving external service providers
- Development of (graphical) BI interfaces for end users (reports, dashboards, self-service data queries, ad-hoc queries)
- Support in the design, implementation, testing, and documentation of BI applications
- Participation in the implementation of IT projects including the creation of concepts
- Analysis and continuous development as well as optimization of existing processes
- Planning and conducting user training and workshops
Your Profile
- Completed studies in (business) computer science or a comparable field, alternatively a completed commercial or business administration vocational training
- Experience in supporting BI or data warehouse solutions, knowledge of QlikView and QlikSense is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of a programming language and SQL
- Basic knowledge of DWH technologies as well as databases, techniques of relational and multidimensional data modeling, and an understanding of ETL processes
- Experience in project work and the creation of necessary documentation
- Very good analytical skills and a high problem-solving competence
- Goal-oriented and independent working as well as very good organizational skills
- Teamwork skills and service-oriented behavior
