To complement our legal service team of the Bernese Oberland unit, at the locations Thun and Interlaken, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a

Legal Employee 80–100% (or by arrangement, min. 50%)

Your impact
With your commitment, you help our members to their rights. You competently advise our members personally and by phone on labor, social insurance, and migration law issues. You independently and punctually handle legal cases and represent our members vis-à-vis employers and authorities. In addition, you support the unit in legal matters.

Your profile

• Education or further training and experience in labor, social insurance, and migration law
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Good knowledge of Italian, Portuguese, or French
• Communicative and empathetic personality
• Commitment and resilience
• Initiative and independent working style
• Willingness to work flexibly
• Interest in trade union politics
