who will take care of clients in the entire care area of the Spitex Region Schaffhausen in the evening.

In this exciting job
- you are on tour during the evening and carry out medically prescribed measures as well as nursing and therapeutic activities with the clients.
- you respond professionally in emergency situations and consider and take responsibility for clear communication.
- you take over the evening responsibility and the on-call service of the evening.
- you coordinate, document, and evaluate the nursing process correctly.
- you commit yourself to effective interdisciplinary collaboration.

- thanks to your solid education: Nursing diploma HF.
- thanks to at least two years of practical professional experience in the field of psychiatry or somatics.
- due to your up-to-date expertise.
- because you enjoy and are interested in complex, rapidly changing situations, as well as organizational, coordinative, and administrative tasks.
- because you bring high professional and social competence in caring for people.
- due to good IT skills / InterRAI knowledge / Spitex experience is an advantage.
- because you are flexible and like to work independently.
- with a category B driving license.
