M365 Consultant (m/f/d)

At Raiffeisen Switzerland, we are looking to strengthen our M365 consulting team. Become part of our mission to support over 200 banks across Switzerland on their journey into the digital future!

• Consulting at the executive level: You support bank management with all questions regarding Microsoft 365 – from central guidelines to data migration according to their needs.
• Digital transformation: Together with the banks, you shape the transition from classic file server structures to hybrid or fully comprehensive M365 cloud solutions.
• Training & empowerment: You train employees in the secure and efficient use of the M365 ecosystem.
• Power Automate & low-code: You inspire enthusiasm for automation possibilities and develop simple low-code solutions.
• Travel activity: You travel throughout Switzerland and support banks on-site and remotely in their digital transformation.

• Education: Higher education in computer science (HF and above) or an equivalent qualification
• Expertise: Several years of experience in consulting and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions, ideally in the banking environment.
• Compliance understanding: You know the regulatory requirements in the financial sector and understand how to implement them technically.
• Communication skills: Very good German skills; French or Italian are an advantage
• Willingness to learn & innovative spirit: You are open to new technologies and enjoy sharing knowledge.
• Willingness to travel: You enjoy being directly on-site with our customers throughout Switzerland.
