These are your tasks
- Lead energy production projects for district heating expansion from feasibility study to commissioning in the role of client representation
- Implement strategic guidelines and develop concepts for the expansion of district heating production, heat storage, and the use of sector coupling
- Prepare tender documents and contracts, evaluate award criteria, accompany awards, and monitor implementation
- Actively coordinate and involve internal and external stakeholders in the planning, procurement, and implementation process
- Lead and coordinate external planning offices, specialist partners, and contractors in project planning and implementation
- Prepare project documents, variant studies, and decision-making bases for internal committees
- Ensure quality, deadlines, costs, and safety across all project phases
This is what sets you apart
- Completed technical education (HF, FH, or university level) in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering with further training in project management
- Further training in business administration / project management is an advantage
- Solid several years of experience in managing demanding infrastructure projects in public spaces (SIA model construction planning), preferably in the field of district heating
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a high quality standard
- Interest and motivation to advance the expansion of renewable energy production, especially district heating
