At the top of Chrischonaberg, in the midst of beautiful nature, the Diakonissen-Mutterhaus St. Chrischona operates the newly established WOHNPARK St. Chrischona with the restaurant "Mandelzweig" as well as the St. Chrischona nursing home. The home of the deaconesses is also located on the premises.
For our hospitality department we are looking for
Deputy Head of Hospitality (m/f) 60%

What it’s about
- You support and represent the Head of Hospitality in managing the department consisting of guest services, kitchen, cleaning, and laundry
- You manage bookings in our guesthouse
- You develop the department further in tandem with the management
- You support and take over the planning of events and functions
- You actively assist in all areas of hospitality
- You train hospitality-housekeeping specialists with a federal certificate of proficiency (EFZ)
- You are willing to work on weekends and public holidays
What you need
- Good interpersonal skills and enjoyment in working with elderly people
- Training as a hotel specialist EFZ or area manager hospitality-housekeeping FA
- Several years of professional experience in hospitality as well as leadership experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of hygiene and occupational safety regulations
- PC skills in common software applications
- A strong service and customer orientation out of conviction
- Very good German language skills (level C1)
