As a Sales Advisor, you are the friendly people who welcome our customers and embody the heart of our brand. 

You will have the opportunity to provide customers with high-level service at every turn. Whether initiating conversations or assisting at the checkout, in fitting rooms, and throughout the store, you will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience. Your responsibilities will also include handling deliveries, restocking inventory, and merchandising the latest clothing in the store. 

Your role is essential in creating welcoming experiences that showcase the best of our brand. With warmth and enthusiasm, you will guide our customers throughout their journey, offering genuine assistance and proactive service to uplift and inspire them. Together, in collaboration with your team, you will create moments that matter. 

Although prior customer service experience and familiarity with fabrics are desirable, they are not mandatory. 

Qualifications

• Customer-oriented; You have a genuine interest in getting to know our customers and providing them with an experience and level of service that meets their expectations.  

• Proactive: You use your initiative to offer customers a memorable shopping experience

• You have very good language skills in French; read/written/spoken
