Your tasks
- Together as a team, you are responsible for our main number and ensure telephone support for tenants, owners, and suppliers
- You are responsible for triaging and forwarding incoming calls within the entire company
- You create written "cases" in Salesforce so that property management can continue working with them
- You ensure excellent service towards our customers (customer-oriented, competent, efficient, and friendly)
Your profile
- You have completed training as a Customer Dialogue Specialist or have an equivalent education/experience
- You are willing to participate in operational work processes in a complex organization and enjoy working with digital tools (REM, Salesforce)
- You describe yourself as service-oriented, empathetic, and capable of handling conflicts and appreciate professional interaction with people
- You are skilled in communication, especially on the phone, remain factual and solution-oriented
- You can communicate adequately in German (at least C1) and English (at least B2) both orally and in writing. Knowledge of French or Italian completes your profile
