GENERATIONS IN THE CLASSROOM The Kreisschule Mutschellen is looking for seniors who are willing to share their life experience with young people within the framework of the project "Generations in the Classroom" - voluntarily, free of charge, and with great impact. This project is successfully implemented in numerous schools in Switzerland. It also meets with great resonance here. Students, teachers, and the participating seniors highly appreciate the exchange. What you bring:
Time, patience, social skills, and the joy of accompanying young people. No pedagogical knowledge is required. What to expect:
- Approx. 2 to 4 lessons per week in a supportive role in the classroom
- Encounters on equal footing and intergenerational exchange
- A clearly defined, professionally supervised deployment structure
- Appreciation and integration into everyday school life
