Skills

Completed EFZ training, preferably as a health professional.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing situations.

The Läbesgarte cooperative is an innovative competence center in the field of ageing. We care for about 170 residents in different living arrangements with 290 employees as well as an average of 170 Spitex clients. Starting February and September 2026, we offer in cooperation with the higher Technical School of Nursing Olten (HFPO): Diploma Nursing Studies HF (full-time, part-time alongside work, or shortened) Integrated care is the future. With us, you receive a comprehensive course of study with focuses in the areas of dementia, transitional care (in cooperation with the Solothurn Hospitals AG) and Spitex, including an external internship in acute care – all from a single source.
