Your Tasks and Perspectives

Senior medical responsibility for daily clinical operations including performing anesthesias for surgical and interventional procedures of all partner clinics within the scope of service contracts and according to the latest standards
Active participation in training and passing on your broad clinical experience to train assistant physicians and anesthesia nursing staff
Proactive self-management and fostering positive working relationships with employees, supervisors, and partner clinics

Specialist title in anesthesiology with proven and broad professional experience
Professional, competent, and empathetic treatment as well as high professional, personal, and social competence
Willingness for continuous self-reflection and further development
Intrinsic motivation for working in acute medicine in a public-law hospital during dynamic times
Enjoyment in proactively shaping the positive daily clinical routine, positive clinic culture, and training of assistant physicians, anesthesia nursing staff, and other professional groups
