The Foundation la Pouponnière and l’Abri aims to work in favor of children, particularly young children and their families, notably by welcoming them in its nine institutions : five child care centers (CVE), two emergency reception boarding schools, the Educational Reception for Mothers and Children (AEME), the Meeting Space Service Unit (UPER).
To complete our team at CVE Les Falaises, in Lausanne, we are looking for a :
Fixed Replacement at 50%
All groups (nursery, toddlers, middle)
Tasks and responsibilities
- In active collaboration with the educational team, provide quality supervision to the young children welcomed, ensuring their well-being and safety
Profile sought
- Ideally benefiting from training in education (ASE/ES/HES)
- Confirmed experience in caring for children aged 4 months to 4 years
- Flexibility in hours and availability four days a week
- Aptitude to adapt to family, cultural, and social realities
- Good adaptation skills and reflective practice on one's own work
- Respect for the duty of discretion and the institutional framework
