Partner Success Manager Fiduciaries (f/m/d) 80-100%
What awaits you with us:
- You are the privileged contact person for our fiduciary partners and accompany them throughout their journey with bexio – from the first contact to the successful use of our solution.
- During exciting product demonstrations, inspiring academies, and interactive webinars, you show how simple and effective bexio is to use. You also actively sell training and onboarding offers to our partners.
- You support fiduciaries in migrating their clients and ensure that everything runs smoothly – from the startup phase to license usage.
- You build lasting trustful relationships with our partners – whether online, by phone, or during occasional on-site visits, in collaboration with our Sales & Partner Manager.
- You manage partner and client files, handle complaints professionally, and actively engage in winning back dissatisfied or inactive clients.
- You work closely with the Support, Product Management, and Marketing teams to understand our partners' needs and realize them.
- Thanks to your creativity and commitment, you actively contribute to our go-to-market strategy and help us further strengthen the fiduciary channel at bexio.
What we ask for:
- You have a complete education, supplemented by continuing education and 4 to 5 years of professional experience, ideally in customer service or sales.
- You have expertise in fiduciary and accounting fields – experience with SaaS solutions would be the icing on the cake.
- You enjoy working with a B2B clientele and bring proven experience in partner management or account management.
- Your presentations captivate the audience, and you feel at ease during webinars or training sessions.
- A "can-do" mentality, proactivity, a strong team spirit, and the ability to quickly grasp complex topics characterize you.
- Open and communicative by nature, you know how to unite and inspire your interlocutors at all levels.
- French is your native language, and you shine with a very good level of English – German would be a great plus.
