To strengthen our new service team, we are currently looking for a Consultant (m/f/d), Technical Service Commercial at our Spreitenbach, Switzerland location in full-time. As a Consultant (m/f/d), Technical Service Commercial, you actively contribute to customer consulting and assist our customers with their concerns.

Tasks

As a Consultant (m/f/d), Technical Service Commercial, you are responsible for:

• Telephone technical advice primarily for business partners (installers) for Level 1 support
• Support of field service operations
• Sale of repairs with coordination of processing: quotations, orders, deliveries, returns, warranty, goodwill
• Assistance in handling problem systems
• Tele-diagnostics via digital tools
• Sale of spare parts and repairs with coordination of processing: quotations, orders, deliveries, returns, warranty, goodwill

Requirements

We are looking for people who distinguish themselves through a strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and strong customer orientation. In addition, you should bring the following qualifications:

• Completed technical basic training in HVAC with further education
• Expert advice in hydraulics, refrigeration technology and electrical systems
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Upholding Viessmann’s interests in dealings with customers
