We are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as

• Medical responsibility in the interprofessional management team of an open acute ward with a focus on affective disorders
• Together with the responsible senior psychologist, taking over the training and supervision of assistant doctors as well as psychologists of the ward
• Participation in the further development of the treatment offer
• Collaboration in the duty system of the PDAG (approx. 21 senior physician duties, of which approx. 7 weekend days per year at 100% workload)

• FMH title (or equivalent) for psychiatry and psychotherapy or close to completion
• Interest in modern treatment concepts in psychiatry, including no-restraint, open-doors, recovery-oriented psychiatry, Safewards
• Team player, decisive, flexible and creative
• German language skills at least level C1
