Your area of responsibility
For our sales team in the greater Zurich / Central Switzerland area, we are looking for a motivated and sales-strong personality. Together with your team from inside and outside sales as well as AVOR/production, you will take care of our demanding and diverse customers in the field of building envelope & wood. As a competent contact person in sales, you maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships, acquire new customers, and actively drive market development. You design the assortment and pricing at the various locations from Basel, Zurich to Flüelen in close cooperation with category management. In addition, you monitor relevant construction projects, advise our customers, actively create sales-effective solution proposals, and negotiate directly with decision-makers. As a member of the management team of the sales region North & Central, you are responsible for operational and strategic decisions in your area. Furthermore, you are the first contact person for all topics of daily business.
Your profile
You are a sales-oriented, professionally strong personality with a completed basic education in the field of timber construction or building envelope, supplemented by further training in sales or business administration. In addition, you have experience in leading teams. Thanks to your solid expertise, your enthusiasm for the construction or timber industry, as well as your trustworthy and communicative nature, you succeed in managing and specifically expanding a broad customer network. Very good MS Office skills (SAP advantageous), a high degree of independence, and pronounced initiative complete your profile.
