Your tasks as

Data Analyst (m/f/d)

In your role, you ensure that our sales are managed efficiently and purposefully. By analyzing compensation and sales data and participating in projects, you create the basis for well-founded decisions. You prepare monthly evaluations of variable compensation, conduct controls, and coordinate cross-departmentally in case of deviations. With your regular reports, you ensure that central sales KPIs are reliably available at all times.

Your role as Data Analyst Sales Controlling

• Independent preparation of monthly evaluations of variable compensation in the sales area including controls, plausibility checks, and necessary corrections
• Cross-departmental coordination in case of deviations as well as ensuring compliance, further development, and adjustment of compensation regulations
• Calculation of target achievement, calculation of various bonus components, and definition of individual sales targets to support our corporate goals
• Proactive analysis of customer and sales data to derive relevant insights
• Taking over projects and subprojects in the areas of sales management and sales, such as campaigns, process optimizations, or territory planning
• Independent creation and maintenance of Salesforce reports and dashboards for operational and strategic management
• Preparation and further development of various reports and KPI evaluations to ensure transparent sales performance

• Completed business administration training, e.g., Bachelor in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Very good knowledge of Excel; VBA skills are a plus
• Experience with data warehouse systems (e.g., SAP BW) as well as CRM solutions like Salesforce
• Very good German or French skills and good to advanced English skills
• Strong interconnected and interdisciplinary thinking as well as the ability to quickly grasp complex issues
• Confident handling of large amounts of data – both in analysis and visualization
• A communicative, structured, and proactive personality with a strong service orientation
