We are looking for an Automation Technician to join a renowned watchmaking manufacturer based in Geneva.

You will work on complex automated systems to ensure their proper functioning, reliability and performance, while respecting quality, safety and productivity requirements.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure the assembly, wiring and commissioning of automated installations.
• Carry out diagnostics of electrical, pneumatic and automated faults.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and optimisation of installations.
• Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic and technical diagrams.
• Ensure compliance of interventions according to current safety standards.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure equipment availability.
• Write intervention reports and ensure technical follow-up of installations.

Your profile

• Federal VET Diploma in Automation or equivalent training.
• Good knowledge of automation, industrial electricity, pneumatics and mechanics.
• Proficiency in reading electrical and technical diagrams.
• Analytical mind and ability to quickly solve technical problems.
• Organisational skills, autonomy and rigour.
• Aptitude to work in a team and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Previous experience in an industrial environment is an asset.
