Your tasks
- You manage our Return/Asylum call center and provide information by phone or in person
- You record and manage data of persons with protection status S
- You prepare decisions (admissions and exclusions, family reunification)
- You make preparations and advise persons for voluntary return
- You write demanding correspondence
Your profile
- You have a commercial basic education Profile E and several years of professional experience in an intercultural context or in the field of migration
- You are a language talent and have particularly good oral language skills in Ukrainian, Russian, and English
- You are interested in social and political issues and are enthusiastic about complex factual matters
- You are an open-minded person
