For our Marketing & Fundraising department, we are looking for a committed team leader for the donation service starting January 15, 2026, or by agreement. In this key role, you will significantly shape the first impression of Helvetas and ensure that our donors always feel valued and well supported.

YOUR TASKS

• Lead, promote, and empower the donation service team – and ensure a professional service in German, French, Italian as well as a friendly impression externally
• Advise donors by phone and in writing, solve concerns efficiently, and inspire them on the phone about the impact of their donation to strengthen long-term loyalty
• Plan resources and deployments proactively; ensure continuous knowledge transfer and smooth processes
• Further develop process automation and digitization; ensure high data quality and correctly record donations in the CRM
• Optimize fundraising measures in close cooperation with Direct Marketing
• Strengthen donor loyalty and foster trust through personal, appreciative care

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Commercial training and several years of experience in team leadership
• Strong donor or customer orientation as well as confident and convincing communication on the phone (ideally with call center experience)
• Good IT and CRM skills as well as confident use of common office programs
• Interest in development cooperation and the values of Helvetas
• Excellent German skills as well as good French and English skills; Italian skills are an advantage
