Do you want to develop innovative IT solutions and thus help shape the future of banking? Interfaces and data are the connecting elements of modern banking architectures – they create the foundation for efficient integrations, innovative services, and open ecosystems. In this key role, you are responsible for the technical integration of the Finnova platform: you design how products and systems communicate with each other via interfaces, events, and data models.

In doing so, you work closely with colleagues from the Technology Competence Center, Development, and Product Management regarding technical design, prioritization, and roadmaps. With your architectural overall understanding, you ensure that technical, data-related, and semantic aspects seamlessly interlock – as a basis for scalable, consistent, and interoperable services.

• the technical responsibility of interfaces and events – from use case definition to semantically consistent data contracts
• maintaining and further developing object and information models to keep data flows and interfaces consistent across the company
• designing data and service interfaces as well as their differentiation on various levels (e.g., front, mid, and core layers)
• establishing guidelines and governance principles for data models, naming conventions, versioning, and reuse
• the technical advancement of our open banking integrations (bLink, OpenWealth, Multibanking) in line with market and regulatory standards

• with a completed degree in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable education, as well as solid banking expertise
• through experience in the technical definition and further development of interfaces, events, and data models
• with your knowledge in object modeling, domain-driven design, BPMN, or related architectural methods
• through your confident handling of OpenAPI specifications; understanding of REST/gRPC and event-driven architectures
• familiarity with banking processes (payments, financing, wealth, core banking) and standards such as ISO 20022 as well as knowledge of the market-driven open banking approach in Switzerland
• through your analytical, team-oriented, and communicative personality with joy in structured thinking and cross-functional collaboration
• with your language skills in English at level C1 and German at least level B2
