Full-time Vocational Trainer in Nursing HF, Location Brunnenpark, Zurich Unterstrass District

Tasks

• You will work as a qualified and committed professional in the care and nursing of residents, whenever possible together with apprentices/students.
• You will be responsible as a full-time vocational trainer for planning and implementing all processes related to our apprentices and students.
• Together with a dedicated education team, you will be responsible for quality assurance and continuous improvement of our training conditions.

Profile

• Solid and reflective professional experience, preferably in the care of people with dementia
• Completed training as a nursing specialist (HF/FH/DNII) with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad as well as recognised further education in the pedagogical field (at least SVEB 1) or willingness to complete this
• Initial experience in supporting apprentices and students as well as pedagogical sensitivity
• Strong leadership skills enabling you to inspire employees for vocational training and to further develop them together with management

The annual salary for this position ranges from CHF 93,838 to CHF 125,386 (100%) depending on experience.

The Health Centres for the Elderly of the City of Zurich are one of the largest geriatric institutions in Switzerland. We are the leading service provider in the elderly care sector – with competence, heart and a comprehensive range from a single source.

The nursing residential groups of the Health Centres for the Elderly consist of manageable shared flats and specialise in the needs of people with dementia and people with psychiatric conditions. The nursing residential groups are located in various districts of the City of Zurich. Here you will work together with between 6-10 colleagues.
