Your Role – with Responsibility and Impact
- Leadership & Responsibility: Managing a department with around 40 employees in project management and assembly
- Customer Orientation: Maintaining existing customer relationships and actively acquiring new customers
- Project Control: Quotation calculation, project support up to billing and result responsibility
- Strategic Management: Negotiation leadership and process control with direct reporting to management
- Revenue Focus: Operational responsibility for sub-areas as well as active participation in achieving sales targets
Your Profile – Competent & Structured
- Basic vocational training advantageous (e.g. insulation plumber, carpenter or other technical trades) with business management further education
- Professional experience in the construction industry and project management
- Dynamic and sales-oriented personality with several years of leadership experience
- Strong communication skills, high social competence combined with entrepreneurial thinking
- Very good German skills in spoken and written; good French skills in spoken and written are an advantage
