Your mission:

• provide quality care in the field of wounds and stoma therapy in partnership with the patient and their relatives, respecting the current care philosophy
• evaluate your services and make necessary adjustments aiming at the continuous improvement of your interventions
• promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate both within the team and with all members of the institution
• supervise, support, and advise new team members as well as trainees and students
• provide training for internal and external collaborators
• participate in the development of the service

Your profile:

• diploma as a general care nurse, or equivalent training
• specialized training in wounds or stoma therapy is an asset
• bilingual German - French
• proficient with computer tools
• dynamic and constructive mindset
• interpersonal skills and communication sense
• strong teamwork ability
• flexibility and autonomy

Start date: March 1, 2026 or by agreement

• You contribute to the further development of the department.

Profile

• Diploma as a nurse or equivalent training
• Specialized further training in wound care or stoma therapy is an advantage
• Bilingual German/French
• Good knowledge of common IT programs
• Dynamic, constructive attitude
• Social skills and communication ability
• Strong teamwork skills
• Flexibility and independence
