Your mission:
- provide quality care in the field of wounds and stoma therapy in partnership with the patient and their relatives, respecting the current care philosophy
- evaluate your services and make necessary adjustments aiming at the continuous improvement of your interventions
- promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate both within the team and with all members of the institution
- supervise, support, and advise new team members as well as trainees and students
- provide training for internal and external collaborators
- participate in the development of the service
Your profile:
- diploma as a general care nurse, or equivalent training
- specialized training in wounds or stoma therapy is an asset
- bilingual German - French
- proficient with computer tools
- dynamic and constructive mindset
- interpersonal skills and communication sense
- strong teamwork ability
- flexibility and autonomy
Start date: March 1, 2026 or by agreement
