Polymechanic as Production Team Leader
Activities
- Leading the production team and supporting technical challenges
- Conversion of emergency vehicles according to customer specifications
- Ensuring quality, deadlines and costs in production
- Further development of workflows and processes in cooperation with management
- Interface to planning, purchasing and project management
Requirements
- Completed technical training (e.g. automation technician, polymechanic)
- Several years of experience in vehicle or system assembly, ideally in special vehicle construction
- Initial leadership experience or interest in taking on a leadership role
- Technical understanding and enthusiasm for individual solutions
- Good knowledge of German, English is an advantage
- Team-oriented, responsible and hands-on
