The Zurich-Sihl Public Prosecutor's Office in Zurich conducts criminal investigations against adults in a part of the city of Zurich.

We are looking for your support as a Prosecutor (100%) to complement our team immediately or by arrangement.

Job description
The focus of your tasks is the conduct of criminal investigations in the area of the Swiss Criminal Code and ancillary criminal law. You perform on-call duties and represent the prosecution before the district court. We also value your participation in projects and commissions. A competent secretariat is at your side.

Requirements profile
You have experience in handling criminal cases and court experience. Ideally, you hold a lawyer's license and have completed the CAS Forensics course. You apply your very good knowledge of criminal and criminal procedural law practically and conduct your investigations systematically and efficiently. Formally, you are eligible for election as a prosecutor according to the Zurich Court Organization Act or will be in the coming months.

Your personal strengths include absolute integrity, discretion, and high resilience. Diplomatic skills combined with assertiveness enable you to consistently implement your will to prosecute. You decide independently and take responsibility but also stand out for your teamwork and collegiality.
