Your tasks

• Legal assessment and processing of commercial register entries
• Independent handling of day-to-day business
• Handling of demanding correspondence and legal special cases
• Providing competent information on commercial register and company law
• Collaboration in the specialist unit for tenders

Requirements

• Law degree, attorney or notary patent advantageous
• Ideally several years of professional experience as well as knowledge in company law, knowledge of public procurement law advantageous
• Very careful, structured and independent working style
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment of personal customer contact
• Team spirit, flexibility and high commitment
