Activities
- Management and coordination of construction sites in the area of painting work, both indoors and outdoors.
- Professional execution of all painting work in compliance with SMGV standards
- Planning, leading, and supporting the painting team for efficient work execution
- Ensuring deadlines and quality requirements as well as compliance with all occupational safety regulations
Requirements
- Completed further training as SMGV foreman (mandatory)
- Several years of professional experience, ideally with leadership experience
- Solid IT skills (MS Office as well as ideally industry software such as Messerli, Sorba or similar)
- Strong organizational talent, high sense of responsibility, and confident assertiveness
